About
I bring an interdisciplinary perspective that connects research with practice. My work spans executive mentoring and coaching, strategic design, organisational leadership, human development and creative practice. Rather than offering generic motivational messages, I help audiences examine the deeper questions behind leadership and change: Who are we becoming? How does identity influence the decisions we make? What enables genuine agency? And how do we preserve human judgement, creativity and responsibility as artificial intelligence becomes embedded in everyday life? I translate these questions into accessible ideas, practical frameworks and reflective conversations that can be applied by leaders, organisations, educators and emerging professionals. My aim is not simply to inspire an audience for an hour. It is to leave people with a clearer way of understanding themselves, their choices and their capacity to act.
