Using stories from my varied life I came to realise that I have a FORCE within me. What I will share and teach audiences is how to find the force within themselves. They will get tips and tricks for building the FORCE within them and when they understand and learn what this FORCE within them is then they can overcome anything, be resilient and embrace the best parts of life. My FORCE is being Fearless, being Original, being Resilient, being Courageous and Embracing the best parts of life
