As a keynote speaker of the 2016 Idaho Afterschool Network conference, hundreds of leaders from around the state gathered to network and brainstorm new ideas for improving education programs and after school opportunities. Specifically in the educational field, I targeted statistics that are influenced by our ability to support children and help them to reach their full development and potential. My keynote theme dived into the "superheroes" ingrained in each and every one of us and the power of exposing/unleashing those qualities to empower others, especially in raising healthy and positive generations.

I was asked to be the keynote speaker for the Ross (retail corporation) Leadership and Training Conference in April of 2018, and chose to speak on the topic of impact. In this presentation, I shared with around 3,000 employees about what it means to have impact - both as an individual employee and as a united people - and the significance of pursuing community and global impact. Along with explaining the core definitions of the word "impact," I talked about the importance of having a united corporate mission along with a personal motivation to leave a lasting legacy inside/outside the workplace.
