Bio

Cathleen Beachboard is a teacher, writer, researcher, speaker, and mental health advocate.

She is the author of The School of Hope: The Journey from Trauma and Anxiety to Achievement, Happiness, and Resilience. Cathleen travels showcasing schools and employers how to use the neuroscience of hope to improve leadership, employee happiness, and achievement. Cathleen's research has been featured by TED, TED-Ed, EdWeek, Edutopia, Norton k-12 Talk, and numerous educational podcasts and is currently being used on Thrively by thousands of school districts.
