Charles Johnson is an experienced speaker who speaks on the importance of bouncing back by turning failure, pain, struggle, and obstacles into fuel for success.
It was always his dream to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Charles is proud to make a difference by inspiring, motivating, and challenging youth and young adults from all walks of life.
Charles is his mother's third child. He was born a premature baby. So small in fact that the doctors told his mother that he would not live long. Like many in our country regrettably, he was born into an impoverished home. After repeating multiple grades and attending summer school every year of his middle school and high school career, he was kicked out of his high school not once but twice. He was then sent to the King's Ranch, a boy's home in Alabama. After completing two grades in a year and a half, he finally graduated high school in 2006.
He joined the US Army in August 2009 and finished his military career 10.5 years later in November 2019.
Charles has experienced many failures and setbacks, all of which are used as teaching tools to educate youth and young adults on the importance of turning failure into success.
