Chris is a coach, corporate executive/consultant, endurance athlete, speaker, author and performance expert who inspires individuals and teams to achieve peak performance. Drawing on years of experience in the trenches with Fortune 100 and mid-sized companies and on the course as an ultra-runner, he has helped hundreds of people create breakthroughs in their own lives.
Chris has helped transform employees into managers, nascent leaders into confident executives, and seasoned executives into peak performers. In addition, he has developed non-runners into endurance athletes and helped competitors find the mental clarity and persistence they need to leave their own expectations in the dust. Chris learned early on that businesses thrive when they focus on people and people thrive when you focus on them.
Going from poor health to ultra-runner, Chris quickly learned that many of the same strategies that work on the trails are applicable to leadership success and many strategies in business also apply to competitive athletics and endurance racing. Chris applies the concepts of mindset, emotional and social intelligence and belief structures as the foundations for peak performance.

Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from Regis University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the University of Northern Iowa and is certified in SOCIAL STYLE and Versatility, Mindset for Adaptability, Mindset for Resilience and Behavioral EQ.
