Where I can mentor and nurture others and in so doing, give something truly special back to the world of work. Where I can empower others through my wide experience and knowledge of humanity in the workplace.
Why Me?
Thanks to my 20+ years of experience in different environments from catering and retirement homes to government departments and multinational corporations, not to mention having worked and travelled in different countries, cultures and languages, I have observed repeatedly the same three challenges:
- how to bring together harmony, humanity and groundedness to the workplace
- how to integrate a sense of calm and silence into a world that never stops communicating
- how to get people to work together and fit in in the workplace or how to make company values work and not just make for good reading.
