This talk is an introduction to the SCALE BLACK Generational Plan. The SBGP is a standardized set of processes that will sustain Black America for the next 100 years. In order to make the enormous task of crafting the SBGP more manageable, we will begin by establishing nine key processes: 1. A process for portraying our history in America in its proper perspective. 2. A process for rebuilding the foundations of the Black family and community. 3. A process for defining and protecting our culture, language, and religion. 4. A process for enhancing our quality of health. 5. A process for creating an education system that is catered to our needs. 6. A process for starting and accelerating Black businesses. 7. A process for deploying our own communications technology. 8. A process for interfacing with politics in a competitive and strategic manner. 9. A process for effectively dealing with a crisis that affects a large number of Black Americans.
