Clarice believes that people are the catalysts of successful transformation. Well known for her transformation and change management expertise, she has over 20 years of corporate experience, over 10 of it managing strategic transformation programs in APAC.
Clarice interacts well with people across many levels in the organisation and deeply understands personal and organisational needs. She engages with senior management and key stakeholders to effectively manage strategic transformation and redesign functional processes for HR, Finance, Operations, and Infrastructure Support. She has led multi-million dollar projects and teams across multiple projects, globally and across APAC, and brings diverse perspectives with her multi-country leadership roles.
She has inspired audiences with talks on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. Having overcome tremendous personal adversity and succeeded in her career ambitions, she is well-placed to help others to gain confidence to be their best self.
Clarice was born without a lower left arm. She learned to live ably without her left hand and spent her childhood swimming, cycling, and playing netball with everyone else. Clarice’s mission is to help people flourish when faced with adversity, develop their self-confidence, and believe in their capabilities to overcome difficult times.
Clarice’s professional expertise builds upon her external audit and consulting experience with PwC Singapore, which spans over a decade. She is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ and ISCA) with a Master of Commerce (Accountancy) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
