Motivation is at an all-time low and society is desperate for inspiration. Clinton believes our voice is the key to inspiring and being inspired.
It is scientifically proven that our minds are influenced positively and negatively by sound and Serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, and endorphins named ‘The Happy Hormones’ influence our output and productivity.
Our voice (if used properly) can dramatically improve our state of well-being instantly.
So if our voices can be used to inspire a stadium full of people or advertise the latest soft drink to the planet, why don’t we use these powers to increase wellbeing, motivation and productivity in our everyday lives?
One of the reasons could be due to the negative relationship we have with our voices. For most people, the sound of our feels very exposed for two reasons:
1. The relationship we have with our voice – Sounding too tinny, too small, too, deep, rough, stutter, stammer or any other disempowering beliefs we let occupy our minds.
2. The relationship we have with the listener to our voice – We often expect our audiences to be unforgiving (feeling of judgment, critical).
Clinton desires to help people build confidence using their voice.
