The Queen of King, Commercial Cleaning and Customer Service
As a member of BNI, a global networking organization, I was the Visitor's Host, and I shared with potential members the importance and benefit of joining BNI on a monthly basis. In addition, I facilitated the Visitor's Days quarterly. I also shared a presentation monthly about commercial cleaning to assist others in their commercial cleaning needs while building relationships.
Junior Achievement, Business and Economics
I was a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement in Lafayette, LA. I also participated as a volunteer and facilitated Junior Achievement programs in middle school and high schools. I shared topics about business and economics.

As a Director of a 1,000 plus Call Center, I consistently delivered presentations to my direct leadership team about delivering internal and external customer excellence while developing leaders in the business.
