How can resilience affect our long term future? When we are resilient we are able to bounce back. This means that the greater our capability to bounce back, the more likely we are to achieve results faster. COVID and lockdown has shown us that people want more from their work and how they work. However working at home can have its downsides. It can lead to becoming less productive and potentially feeling isolated. What then do we need to do to stay resilient?
