I have been a practicing physician for over 40 year-end have been focusing on proactive health for over 24 years. I have the credibility that comes with my degree and medical experience and also the common sense that comes with real world experience. In addition, I do not try to separate the individual and his/her issues from his/her life and family/community. Whatever changes are needed to improve the health of an individual, the plan must "work" with the current situation or is doomed to fail. As a result, I am able to communicate concepts that are essential for good health in ways that the average layperson can understand and assimilate into their lifestyle.
