Dave Quinn, CEcD is a passion-filled father and husband, inspiring others to take ownership of their lives and make a positive impact in the world by sharing their God-given talents and abilities. He travels the country encouraging audiences to passionately pursue their purpose to live their best life.
Prior to taking the leap into entrepreneurship, Dave was the Vice President of Frisco Economic Development Corp. in Frisco, TX where he helped lead a team of highly skilled economic developers in one of the nation's fastest-growing cities. Delivering 58 projects totaling 21 million square feet of potential development, 43,000 potential jobs and capital investment over of $3 Billion since 2015.
Previously Dave held the position of Executive Director of Bastrop Economic Development Corp. working closely with Opportunity Austin, the regional economic development initiative of the Austin Chamber, helping drive financial investment and revitalization in historic Bastrop, Texas. Including the out-of-state expansion of JAMCo, a Georgia-based company, who furnishes and installs exterior envelopes for high-rise buildings.
Dave's career in economic development began as Executive Director of Levelland EDC in March of 2004. During his tenure as Levelland EDC’s Executive Director, Dave facilitated a number of economic development projects including the $64 mil Levelland/Hockley County Ethanol plant and an $8.6 mil Levelland Industrial Rail Park.
Dave received the International Economic Development Council’s Certified Economic Developer designation in 2010. A Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International, a leadership development program, Dave has completed over 100 hours of intense leadership training. Dave served two terms as the Chairman of the High Ground of Texas, a regional economic development marketing coalition covering 60+ counties in West Texas and is one of the founding board members of the High Ground’s Education Foundation.
