David Fung

Every leader faces fear—of failure, rejection, or the unknown. But what if fear isn’t something to conquer, but something to understand? Drawing from neuroscience, psychology, and real stories of leading through uncertainty, David Fung explores how fear can become a compass for growth instead of a constraint. This keynote helps leaders and HR professionals reframe fear as an ally for clarity, creativity, and courage. Attendees will learn how to pause in the “space between fear and action” to access insight and calm, leading to wiser decisions and authentic leadership. Participants gain practical tools to stay grounded under pressure, understand the science behind fear, and uncover how it reveals values and untapped potential. Confidence, as David reminds us, isn’t the absence of fear—it’s the courage to move forward with it.
