Bio

David Teten has been a Partner at two venture capital funds for 8 years, HOF Capital and ff Venture Capital. He has also advised clients such as Goldman Sachs Special Situations Group, Icahn Enterprises, LLR Partners, Birch Hill Equity Partners, and other institutional investors. He has published original research on investment best practices in Harvard Business Review, Institutional Investor, the Journal of Private Equity, and elsewhere. He is Founder of Harvard Business School Angels of New York, the largest angel group on the East Coast. David is a former Bear Stearns investment banker and strategy consultant, and holds a Harvard MBA and Yale BA. He is also a serial entrepreneur with two exits.

David has presented at some of the largest investment and executive conferences (ACG Intergrowth, Milken Institute Global Conference, Quebec City Conference) and also at internal events for Goldman Sachs, Franklin Templeton, Microsoft, and KPMG.
