A presentation on learning to accept oneself warts and all. Focusing on the positive and learning to build on it. I touch on acknowledging who we are at the core and if we're presenting the best of ourselves to the world. Finally, learning to be comfortable with who we are and what's good about us.

This is an interactive presentation, in which I discuss the political atmosphere we see today. I touch on real issues that are uncomfortable to get everyone to a place where open dialogue can be had. The goal is not to move a person from one side of the spectrum to the other. Instead it's to get people to recognize when emotional manipulation is being use, so that they can instead make rationale thought out decisions.

Getting employees to buy into their company's work philosophy. Discussing what issues are arising that need addressing. Tackling common work place dilemmas and how to handle them.
