She does this by combining over 30 years of executive experience in HR/OD, strategic planning and sales with advanced training in Conversational IntelligenceⓇ, emotional intelligence, appreciative inquiry, conflict transformation, organization development and mindfulness practices. Deb is the author of “Your Thriving Nature, Connect with Your Innate Wisdom and Wholeness” a book of photographs she’s taken of the beauty and wisdom of the world around us paired with quotes and prompts she’s written to inspire and awaken us to the beauty and wisdom within us.
As a professional speaker, executive coach, and facilitator, Deb guides people toward the fullest expression of their potential, personally and professionally. She does this by integrating timeless truths with today’s research in human flourishing and organization development. Deb works with organizations ranging from technology start-ups to healthcare institutions, project teams to boards of directors. Devoted to lifelong learning, Deb has built on her degree in Psychology with certifications from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and CASE Western Reserve University where she received certification in Appreciative Inquiry. Deb received her certification in Conversational IntelligenceⓇ studying with the esteemed researcher and author, Judith E. Glaser and is honored to be part of the CreatingWE® Institute team of C-IQ coaches and consultants. She is certified in various individual and team assessments and 360-degree feedback tools. As a certified trainer in Conscious Choosing for Flow™, Deb helps people make positive connections that transform conflict to creativity and optimum results – in the moment. Whatever the topic, her workshops and keynotes are designed for genuine engagement and to provide something useful for every participant.
Deb is a cancer survivor and in addition to speaking on topics such as whole life thriving, authentic leadership, activating your vision, and conflict transformation, she speaks on the power of life-affirming approaches when faced with great adversity. She is a past recipient of the Nashville Business Journal Women of Influence Award and has been recognized for her efforts in workforce development and human relations. Deb is a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher and does on-going training in mindfulness-based practices, she leads retreats and workshops in cultivating authentic presence, every day mindfulness, mindfulness for leaders, and the yoga of teams.
