Dionna Rojas is a Speaker, Author, Award-Winning Business Owner and Certified Life Coach specializing in Boundary Coaching. She has more than 25 years in the human services space mitigating family crisis and successful co-parenting. Her faith-driven work led her to train hundreds of parents in the family reunification process and most recently, prompted her to launch her Pittsburgh-based coaching company, Treasure You.
Dionna specializes in helping working mothers balance their careers and family life while achieving clarity and peace of mind.
Dionna believes a child’s world view, including injustices and triumphs, starts within the family of origin-- and that mothers are often responsible for shaping it. From parenting a child with special needs to advocating for individuals with disabilities Dionna has a life-long calling of building up vulnerable communities to help them be the best version of themselves. Dionna at 37-years-old was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The mother of three began to evaluate her priorities, self-care, and began establishing boundaries at home and at work -- by leveraging the power of her voice.
Today, Dionna helps other women achieve those same goals.
She’s a sought-after speaker on various topics, including Grieving What Should Be While Celebrating What Is and Fearfully and Wonderfully Made (Finding Your Voice). The Pittsburgh native has received multiple awards, including the 2018 Pittsburgh Courier Women of Excellence and the 2018 Onyx Emerging Leader award. Her expertise on family reunification has also been added to the conversation in the academic world, through the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health Symposium on Impact of Criminal Justice and the Family.
In 2020, Dionna and her husband contributed to an anthology called Marital Code to Oneness and openly discussed their blended family as well as navigating the U.S. immigration with her husband.
