Donnell Surtain

This program focuses on inspiring individuals to live above their situation. We all face tragedies and feel like giving up sometimes because we believe that we won't ever get over the hump but this speech will use life experience to prove that triumph and success is possible. Program consists of about 80% speaking and 20% audience interaction. I give the audience tools that can help them overcome obstacles in life and business as well. I teach them the value of hard work and teamwork. I begin by introducing myself then I delve into my own personal story of perseverance. Midway through my speech I interact with the audience and then I continue with the speech. At the end I interact with the audience again and then finish with my affirmation and questions.
