I am all about the people. I have spent several years in Education and Marketing. Experience working with distributors and working in a Business Development capacity for over 5 years.
Familiar with strategic models such as SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis, BCG Growth-Share Matrix, 4 Ps of Marketing, Marketing Segmentation, Marketing Mix, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Theory X and Theory Y to name a few.
Lead a successful Business Development team of 5 or 6 since January 2013.
Through my leadership as Director of Business Development, my department has signed up 35 new Corporate Learning Partners in a 3 year span. This allows for their employees and their immediate family members to enroll in college onsite or online at a 20% discount.
Also, increased relationships with public, private and nonprofit organizations for Justice & Legal Studies majors.
Lastly, have overseen over 80 career fairs (general and industry specific) over a 4 year span.
