As we reimagine the employee experience, specifically for remote-capable roles within our organizations, a 2022 Gallup study shows us that pre-pandemic in the US that nearly 60% of remote capable jobs were entirely on-site only. In contrast, in 2022+ and beyond, we see that number drop drastically to 23% exclusively on-site, and 77% of the remote-capable jobs exist in remote-only or hybrid environments.
Yet, overwhelmingly, many businesses neglect to invest in developing stronger leaders on the front lines of navigating hybrid, remote, and asynchronous leadership. Many organizations fail to prepare for business sustainability by developing emerging leaders, middle managers, and ERG leaders. Many businesses neglect to create a leadership mindset at all company levels.
Because of the leadership pains and challenges businesses face, I work to ensure they have strong leaders, stronger teams, a strong business - that ultimately thrives in the future. Message me to learn how your organization can move from leadership pain to strength.
