Drew Newman

I will share my experiences working in Animation in Los Angeles for 18 years. From how I got work initially, how I kept getting work, and how I have stayed employed through 2 writers strikes, the 2008 recession, covid-19, and the recent 2 year halting of nearly all animation production due to strikes, the end of the streaming wars, and an ever changing entertainment landscape. No matter how unprecedented the times, I keep getting paid to make cartoons. I am happy with any ratio of experience and knowledge sharing to question answering desired.
