I am a law graduate from Universidad Nuevo Mundo in Mexico City. I spent most of my professional career in the corporate environment. I have wide experience working in the administration field. As a result of experiencing firsthand the effects of high stress levels, I began my research into mental wellbeing. I found joy on this path, which inspired me to get certified in Primordial Sound Meditation by the internationally recognized Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Later, I began the process to get certified in personality type structures at the Enneagram Institute. I practiced life coaching for some years before focusing on writing and public speaking. As a writer, I began a blog at the Chopra Center in the area of meditation.
My motto is human empowerment and evolution as a spiritual and ultimate goal. I teach and lead participants to be healthier, grow stronger, live their dreams, feel prouder, struggle less, enjoy more by developing character. I found allies in Prevea Health and Wellness to bring my expertise to member corporations. Since then, I have been public speaking in the field of mental wellbeing.
Some of my speaking venues include corporations such as Sandia National Laboratories, Kohler Company, Oshkosh University Women Wellness Retreats, Prevea staff in Green Bay among many others, as well as TV and radio in Mexico.
I am the author of the book Beginners Guide to Happiness: 15 Secrets for a Richer, More Fulfilling Life, which is the result of my personal experience with stress, my
certifications, my life coach practice, as well as my traditional education.
I am fluent in Spanish, English, and German. I am married and have two young children. I live in Wisconsin.
