Elisha is responsible for guiding Navisite’s digital transformation initiatives. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of IT, innovation and global supply chains, Elisha specializes in helping organizations find novel solutions to complex problems and create a platform and foundation for transformation and growth. She has led large-scale supply chain implementations at leading global companies and brings her knowledge of international trade and future IT, value chain and operational strategies to help organizations prepare for the changing geopolitical and digital environment. Before Navisite, Elisha was the Global Supply Chain Innovation Partner at Bayer Crop Science, where she was part of the IT leadership team driving the digital transformation strategy for Bayer’s supply chain. Previously, she was the Director of Global Trade Transformation at KPMG, where she served as the company’s data-driven supply chain strategist and collaborated enterprise-wide and with external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple industries. Earlier in her career, Elisha served in solutions consulting and business analyst roles at organizations including itelligence (now NTT Data Business Solutions) and KAO Brands.
Elisha is a frequent speaker at supply chain and technology conferences and has been featured in leading industry and IT publications and podcasts, including Supply Chain Magazine, Chief Data Officer, Women in Tech and IT Visionaries.
