I developed this presentation for Community Build Inc. as an educational seminar for their college preparatory program. In this presentation, I outlined the following topics: 1. How to identify your skills and talents as well as how to develop them 2. Understanding the connection between cultivating your skills and forging a successful career path 3. How to develop your leadership skills in daily practices that are relevant to their current experiences. 4. Understanding the introductory basics to money, and how they can begin practicing budgeting in preparation for college.

I developed this presentation for graduate and undergraduate students at Charles Drew University as a part of their Career and Leadership series. This was a 3-part presentation where I outlined career development steps students can begin now in order to increase their opportunities for success when they join the professional world. Some of the topics covered included: 1. Identifying your Hard & Soft Skills 2. Creating Resumes that match the Job Description 3. Deepining your Relationships & How to Tap into your Network 4. Interview Tips that Get You Called Back 5. Making Your Boss Your Ally. Overall, 98% of the students found the presentation useful and 100% of them reported learning new skills regarding building their resume as well as their LinkedIn profiles.
