Our world is comprised of diverse communities with unique needs, perspectives, and backgrounds. How many customers are companies missing out on because they aren’t offering products/services that are accessible or equitable for a wide range of demographic groups? How can project deliverables be enhanced by promoting a sense of psychological safety and championing diversity of thought within project teams? These are key questions that must be considered and acted upon throughout all phases of the project management life cycle.
