Fischer is a pioneering conceptual and product designer specializing in powerfully practical tools and frameworks in the field of Empowerment. Thus far, those products and tools include the Everyday Visionary© planner, the Everyday Human© planner, the Eight Phases of Empowerment©, the Eight Types of Empowerment and Exploitation©, the Empowerment Index©, and the Empowerment Infrastructure Canvas©.

Elizabeth is a supporter of the arts, inclusion and equality in business, and mental health awareness. Elizabeth is the Chairman of the ZerModus Advisory Board and has previously served as Gala Chair, Ex-Officio Board Member, Underwriting Committee Member, and other roles in the philanthropic community in Dallas. She’s an SMU graduate ,with an Executive MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutger's Executive School of Education.
