Learning my first martial arts moves at the age of 12 kick started my lifelong fascination/obsession with fitness and other related subjects. It got me interested in internal arts like Chi Kung and Yoga, but also in philosophy and ultimately lead to the need of exploring my full potential.
As I was facing adversity in many different forms, I managed to become an expert in Progressive Calisthenics and that is what I use to train my clients. Along the way I've learned many important lessons, which I started sharing with people on my talks and workshops, so I can help improve lives, but also help build better future for all of us.
