Do your people need trust to do the work they want to do? Trust is crucial, but too often we leave it up to chance. Emily can show you the way forward.
Emily Braucher's work is singularly focused helping people make meaningful and trusting connections across differences by teaching clients the tools to overcome challenges that inevitably get in the way.
For the last decade, she has worked with nonprofit, corporate and government clients on Brainstates Management, unconscious bias, and intercultural conflict styles, always pointing individuals and teams towards the best version of themselves. To do this, she calls upon cutting edge break throughs in neuroscience, years of training and consulting experience, 2 Masters degrees in topics related to culture and communication, and a decade facilitating cross-cultural collaborations in remote areas of Guatemala, Colombia, Tibet, India, Laos and Indonesia.
Weaving audiences through entertaining stories from experience in over 30 countries, Emily examines what happens to our brains when we are pushed out of our comfort zone- like when we collaborate across cultural differences, clash in conflict, drown in stress or attempt to incorporate different perspectives. She teaches several ways we can work with the circuitry of the brain to overcome obstacles created by discomfort and return to fostering trust.
