Discussions about the effects of traumatic experiences typically revolve around the personal damage and cost of trauma. What's missing in the narrative is how unresolved trauma impacts the workplace--as well as how to fix it. This talk will describe the common effects of trauma on creativity, productivity, thought processes, ability to manage change, interpersonal capabilities, and more, and give examples of how innovative companies are solving the problem of workplace trauma.
