Recently you may have heard about demonstrations on college campuses throughout the nation. Many students, faculty, or staff would not support the ideas behind the demonstrations, but most Americans would support the freedom of speech on public college campuses. While many nuanced approaches have been taken, what is the path forward in regards to education, free speech, and public and private institutions?

In the last few decades, the participation of women in sports and in higher education has increased dramatically. However, the number of men pursuing higher education has decreased. What are the ramifications if lower male involvement in educational pursuits continues and how can this be remedied?

Prison reform has been a hot topic across the nation. However, crime rates in many of our largest cities continue to increase. What are the leading indicators of criminal activity, what can be done to decrease the incidence of crimes while making communities safe, and what incarceration programs are presently making a difference for those that have cycled through the system?
