Who inspired you?

Erline is an educator, coach, co-founder, and motivational speaker.

Her journey to inspiring others began with first inspiring herself. She learned quickly the importance of not just living life but living well. It is knowing your goals and doing more than the minimum to achieve them.

Erline truly believes that it sometimes only takes one speech to change the trajectory of your life.

Born to immigrant parents and raised in an underserved community, the impression is that people never make it out. But, her story is different. She is making it out and wants others to have the blueprint to do the same.

Erline’s message is clear, “let me be an example of what it looks like to make it out, let me tell you how I did it, and let me support your journey through it.”
