Ernest J. Robinson is a man with a vision. He is an expert at cultivating, identifying, and maximizing human potential by exemplifying his belief that “speaking greatness does not make you great, great action makes you great.”
“Marine,” “Instructor,” “Recruiter,” “Representative,” “Coach,” and “Father” are all titles Ernest J. Robinson has worn while helping people to their success; whether it’s with peers in the halls of academia, colleagues, clients in corporate America, or student athletes on and off the football field.
Ernest has served as a United States Marine administrator and martial arts instructor for five different units worldwide and has helped thousands of Marines and civilians academically and professionally find their purpose.
After being honorably discharged from the military in October 2010, Ernest continued in higher education by completing his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Union University™ with honors, all while participating in the student government, as a student athlete on the football field, track and field, and while performing in the band.
For the past few years, Ernest has continued to serve his country in many different facets including working for the Department of Social Services, volunteering with the United States Global Leadership Coalition, and working on political campaigns on a local and national level.
Ernest is emerging as a catalyst for assisting business, athletic, and educational institutions train, inspire, and develop their employees, athletes, and students into potentially world-altering people. As an inspirational speaker, he makes a difference in the lives of young people every day through his work and volunteerism.
