He leverages his real-life experiences to bring life to presentations. Some of this "experience" includes his oversight of all domestic and international sales strategies. At Universal, this included managing all trade partner relationships and all global business efforts for the parks and hotels. He was a vital member of the board of directors for Visit Florida from 2017 to 2021 and was chair of their marketing committee for three years. He continues to advise Visit Florida on its global visitation strategies.
He also works on the advisory boards for several technology companies focused on the travel market, such as Miami-based Simple Night, San Francisco-based Applied Silver, and San Francisco-based Cipio Ai. Before joining Universal, Frank was the VP of Corporate Training at Kurlan and Associates and developed and trained some progressive and fast-growth companies in the technology, biotech, and media space. He worked in the Inbound Marketing community as an advisor to Hubspot resellers. It was primarily this work that led to his book, "Sales Shift –how inbound marketing has turned sales upside down, making it more difficult and more lucrative at the same time". He continues to be a featured speaker and panelist at conferences and trade shows worldwide. He has an MBA in Strategic Management from the G.Brint Ryan School of Business at the University of North Texas and a BS in Organizational Management from Sterling College.
