I help high performing professionals to be more effective communicators.
Gina has worked with more than 2,000 ‘Googlers’ around the world (to date) to develop their own unique voice and leadership style through her lectures, workshops, and 1:1 coaching in Executive Presence at Google. Additionally, she is a Communications Coach and past Lecturer of Strategic Communication at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Gina’s UVP is her extraordinary insight into the role of gender in communication and creating influence. As Gina says “having been male for the first 11 years of my career, and female, my true self, for the past 25 means I’ve been on both sides of most every table in business you can imagine. I’ve been the only male at the table, and I’ve been the only female at the table. I’ve been the youngest person in the negotiation and now I can say that I have been the oldest. Everything I teach is what I know works.”
Gina’s clients include medium-to-large organizations in tech, biotech, finance, law, construction, and non-profit, as well as small businesses that are women- and LGBT-owned.
Born and raised in Detroit, Gina began her career as a manufacturer’s sales representative to the auto manufacturing industry. She did three national tours as a narrating engineer for RAM truck engines, found regional success as an actor, launched a clothing line for tall women, and then pitched and secured VC funding as co-founder of a mobile software company. Gina has worked as Sales Manager to VP of Partnerships in a variety of industries from advanced manufacturing to video game development.
Gina is a member of the National Speakers Association, the American Association of Political Consultants, the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and MENSA. She was also a founding member of the Transgender Advisory Committee to San Francisco Mayor London Breed, and is past President, former board member, and current member of the Golden Gate Business Association, San Francisco’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
