When I was 12, I founded a nonprofit. Needless to say, I wasn't your "typical" 12-year-old.
Between now and then, I thought about quitting approximately 100 times. (And that’s a lowball estimate.) But despite the hardships, mental and physical fatigue, emotional exhaustion, I persevered. I'm that person. I keep going no matter what obstacles I face.
Now, I put that perseverance to work as not only the founder and CEO of Harvest107, but also as a public speaker.
I am well-versed in global issues such as poverty and hunger. I can speak on camera or to an audience with confidence. If I'm being honest, as a young child I never expected to be who I am today. I always wanted to help others but never imagined that I would be where I am now. I see poverty and hunger around the world and am working to help end it. I am the conduit between the suffering and the audience.
