I have helped hundreds of clients, in more than 20 countries, improve their strategy, operations, and finances.

I have led multiple restructurings in the Asia-Pacific region and have also worked on more than 50 M&A deal teams. Results include reducing costs by more than 20%, increasing profits by millions of dollars, and securing much-needed investment to drive growth.

In addition, I previously qualified as a Certified Management Accountant and I currently sit on the advisory boards of the Harvard Business Review, [email protected], McKinsey Quarterly, and the Gerson Lehrman Group.

Besides my work at 375 Park Associates, a strategic growth advisory firm based in New York, I also serve as a director of financial advisory services at Mazars and as a board advisor for several companies.
