I design leadership training, lead workshops, provide one-on-one coaching, and facilitate conversations to clients around the world. I speak about the power of unlearning and finding new perspectives as a way to create harmony in the workplace and beyond. This drives me and makes me exceptionally fulfilled and happy.

When I am not working, I am reading, writing all things scribbles to actual full sentences, reinvigorating my running and hiking that I enjoyed tremendously prior to my knee injury, making as many people around me laugh, and traveling whenever and wherever I can.

I am currently researching a book on the paradigm shift of unlearning past narratives to gain new insights and perspective in tackling the growing uneasiness of personal growth and conflict between the heart and the mind.
