The goal of an ergonomics education session is to empower participants with the knowledge and tools to create a workspace that promotes comfort, productivity, and overall well-being. Topics covered will include safe working postures, proper workstation set up, a review of appropriate tools and equipment, repetitive strain injuries and how to avoid them, a review of case studies, a demonstration (if onsite) and a Q&A.

This workshop is structured to improve the skill set of your team to foster a unified approach to case management. Included in the workshop is the concept of lean thinking and the use of automation to enhance the efficiency of the case management process. Topics covered include best practices in case management documentation, communication strategies with employees, return to work and accommodation strategies, and development of communication documentation.
