I’m not a career speaker. I’m a builder. I’ve spent over 20 years shipping products, fixing broken ones, and solving hard problems inside startups and big tech. I’ve launched more products than I can remember, cleaned up more messes than I care to count, and lived through the real consequences of decisions that looked good on slides but failed in practice. Everything I talk about comes from doing the work: scaling teams, untangling design debt, rescuing launches, rebuilding trust with users, and making tradeoffs when there’s no perfect answer. I’ve been in the room when things worked, and when they absolutely didn’t. People don’t come to my talks for motivation or buzzwords. They come to learn what actually happens, what to avoid, and what to do differently the next time they ship. If you want insight from someone who’s been building, breaking, and fixing products for decades, not just talking about them. That’s what I bring to the table.
