Jabari Sims

Event planners don’t need another speaker who recites slides. They need someone who gets an audience to act. I’m Jabari Sims, the Main Character Coach and creator of the IT’S ME Protocol, with over 35 years of working with youth and over 20 years of coaching and training. The IT’S ME Protocol (Identify It, Take Responsibility, Stop Scanning, Make the Main Character Decision, Execute) is a simple, repeatable framework your audience can use the moment they leave the room. I started my own business at 50, so I speak from lived experience. I tailor every keynote to your room, whether that’s leadership teams, students, or athletes, and I show up ready to deliver.
