Ordained in 2008, he has served in a variety of leadership and teaching roles, including as Dean of the Word of Faith Bible Training Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. He is the founder of James H Boyd Gospel Ministries and the host of The Legacy: Wisdom From the Life of Jesus, a teaching ministry focused on helping people understand Jesus, the Gospel, and the Christian life. James has written extensively on theology, church history, apologetics, and Spirit-filled Christianity, with articles appearing in publications such as Pneuma Review. He also serves in prison ministry and speaks regularly in churches, community groups, and special events.
