How Asian Women Lead: Lessons for Global Corporations to show new perspectives on leadership, careers and unconscious bias, Now It's Clear: The Career You Own, a workbook to find purpose, meaning and fulfillment.
With over 25 years of experience in her field, Dr Horan uses research and practical examples to help organizations build inclusive and engaged workplace. Her consulting work includes Fortune 100 companies such as: Abbott, Barclays, BP, Bloomberg, HSBC, JLL, LVMH, Morgan Stanley, McDonalds, Microsoft, Toshiba, Unilever, the ADB and other multilateral banks.
Through her advisory work coaching and workshops, Jane offers sound advice and practical tools to help organizations retain and engage global talent.
Jane has lived, worked, and studied in the U.S., China, Hong Kong, and Japan, holds an Educational Doctorate from Bristol University and resides in Singapore. In 2008, Jane founded The Horan Group, a Singapore-based strategic consulting firm focusing on diversity, inclusion, through purpose-driven leadership. Jane is a Distinguished Research Fellow and Program Director with the Conference Board focusing on future of work, women in leadership, employee resource groups and global dual careers. She's a Research Associate at Hong Kong University and adjunct lecturer at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
