Jen Aks

"Description" In this talk, Jen invites you to explore a transformative journey that goes beyond traditional notions of intelligence, by awakening the various forms that often remain overlooked. Inspired by Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, Jen shares her personal story of feeling inadequate in a world that often values only logical. Hitting rock bottom in her late 20s, she discovered her true strengths lay in other forms of intelligence, which ultimately shaped her confidence, success, & purpose. Jen introduces The Power of Gesture™, her unique embodiment methodology, as the catalyst for this awakening. This approach teaches you how to tune into your body’s wisdom, uncovering the emotional intelligence that resides within. Through this simple, accessible, & celebratory practice, you will awaken the body's wisdom, learn how to trust its guidance & find your way home. This will allow you to live with clarity and lead with authority in all aspects of life.
