Passion has always been the key driver in Jen’s life and career. She lives by the motto “forget regret” and is always tuned in to when her instincts are paving the path for her; there have been 3 pivotal moments in her life when she completely changed her life course over a lunch conversation; the 1st led her to the Academy of Finance in high school, the 2nd to her Master’s degree, and the 3rd to her 14-year career with The Little Gym franchise. As she continuously does in her own life, Jen is always looking for ways to help others leverage their passions, instincts, and natural talents.
Jen finds her greatest self when she is in front of a room energizing a group by drawing on her vast professional experiences and educational background. She has been in an educational and/or real-life business setting since she began her business degree in high school. She then went on to complete her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Economics before earning her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and eventually becoming the Director of Training for The Little Gym International.
Most of Jen’s career has been in the training industry during which she has delivered motivational speeches, trained, and coached audiences across the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, South America, and Asia. She thrives on challenges and loves to customize her messages to suit a specific group, circumstance, or culture. She is particularly passionate about using her life experience as a Millennial to coach other leaders, her life lessons to help young adults tap into their talent, and to utilize ceiling-shattering solutions to empower women to own their space and overcome their unique set of challenges.
Jen is a native New Yorker, but on a zealous whim left what she calls “the greatest city in the world” for the Phoenix desert over a decade ago. You’ll feel her passion for her subject matter through her energetic approach, and that direct, Italian-New York way of communicating. She lives in Arizona with her wife and daughter, and they use the teachings of RENT and 90s music to run their household. Perhaps most importantly, however, Jen never underestimates the power of red wine, chocolate, pizza, and a candid conversation.
