A highly visual presentation and talk, I provide the audience with an amazing set of sepia images from her family collection going back to 1865, as well as personal snippets of stories from her family which portray a unique glimpse into a family's involvement in India whilst of British ancestry. I talk about the Railway, Telegraph, Schools and other British institutions set up in India which her grandfathers and relations worked in, as well as the history and provenance of an unknown cuisine - the first fusion food of its type - Anglo Indian food, a mix of British and Asian cultures and ingredients.
