Jermaine Holt

This presentation primarily depicts the level of willingness that must precede every want. Through the use of my testimony discussing my experience as an athlete in each phase of life ranging from no recruitment all the way to heavily recruited out of Juco my testimony describes the level of willingness that would enable me to endure the adversity within each phase. In contrast I will teach the audience willingness opens the door for transformation of the person ,and not just the place they are currently in. The primary objective of enduring is to prioritze what the person becomes above in pursuit of a the desired outcome. Through the lessons I have learned through the times of my life where doors were closed and opportunities taken away. Those were the moments that the person I have been created to be would come forth. In me becoming my unique authentic self it would create the outcome of an indoor world record as well as NCAA national championship in the year of 2019.
