After overcoming sexual abuse, her parents divorce, being a Division 1 athlete, and an international co-founder of a nonprofit, she still craved someone else’s love and approval. She needed that to feel enough. Through those experiences, she realized it was time to stop seeking love and worth outside of herself. It was time to go within.
8 years later, she is an international speaker & coach on self-worth and self-love. She helps people see and cultivate their sense of self worth to create a life that sets their soul on fire. She’s living proof of this work as her partner, their two cats, and herself travel around the country in their van as she spreads this message: You’re more than enough. You always have been.
