This presentation identifies explores where we develop our beliefs, perspectives, and ultimately patterns of behavior and reveals how we use them as a map to guide us through decisions and actions, even if those perspectives and behaviors are outdated, incorrect, or no longer serve us. The presentation builds awareness of our own belief structures. By understanding our own perspectives and beliefs, and where they come from we can better determine if they still serve us, and make the changes necessary to get the performance and results we are looking to achieve.
